We trust this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about the upcoming implementation of the Winter Surcharge for the season 2023/2024.
Commencing from December 1st, 2023 (sailing date), and until further notice, the following Winter Surcharges will be applied to all shipments:
- USD 100 per TEU for shipments from Saint-Petersburg & Kaliningrad
- USD 200 per TEU for shipments to Saint-Petersburg & Kaliningrad
- USD 400 per TEU for all REEFER/OOG/IMO shipments from/to Saint-Petersburg & Kaliningrad
This surcharge has been introduced to offset the additional operational costs incurred due to severe weather and ice conditions during the winter season.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding of the necessity of this surcharge, as it will enable us to maintain the high level of service you expect from us,
even in challenging weather conditions. Please note that these surcharges will be in effect until further notice, and any changes will be communicated promptly.
